Michelle Williams: 2012 Golden Globe Awards Winner!
Joining in on the red carpet festivities, Michelle Williams turned up for the 69th annual Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening (January 15).
Taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the 31-year-old actress donned a long-sleeved Jason Wu gown of which she told WWD, "Was it my first choice? It was my only choice," adding that it was "keeping me warm.”
Among the esteemed trophy contenders, Miss Williams had quite the night upon being named as winner of Best Actress in a Comedy/Musical Motion Picture for her work in "My Week With Marilyn" while beating out Jodie Foster, Charlize Theron, Kristen Wiig and Kate Winslet.
As for the ceremony, Ricky Gervais was the host of the Golden Globe Awards while Morgan Freeman received the Cecil B. DeMille Award for career achievement.
