Viola Davis: 2012 Golden Globes Best Actress Hopeful
Joining in on the abuzz atmosphere, Viola Davis made her grand arrival ahead of the 69th Golden Globe Awards on Sunday evening (January 15).
The 46-year-old actress worked the red carpet in a lovely maroon frock before heading inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the sure-to-be entertaining festivities.
Among the esteemed trophy contenders, Miss Davis is up for Best Actress in a Drama Motion Picture for her work in "The Help" while competing against Glenn Close, Rooney Mara, Meryl Streep and Tilda Swinton.
As for the ceremony, Ricky Gervais is the host of the Golden Globe Awards - which air live on NBC beginning at 8PM ET/PT.
